dear qorx,pmm and all seniors
one of my friend got a letter yesterday from chc singapore
it states that they didnt recieved my friend's full documents
but he traked by DHL that it was delivered to chc signed by durothy(2 days before his 120 days over)
now he wants to apply again,but one thing,at the same time he also applied through simplfy process
will there be any probs if he will not withdraw his previous apps?
if he should withdraw his prvious apps,
what to do ?
where to send withdraw request?
will u plz help to know the address?

write them a letter and provide them the proof that dhl delevered it 2 days before the deadline and if ur packed is misplaced from them then ask them to give u few days time to send them another set of docs.
that is what i feel. i may be wrong.

What did they say specifically in the letter? They may mean that they did not receive the full set of documents - i.e. they received the documents he sent but they were incomplete. If that was the case, did they provide him with a list of the items they were missing?

When I sent in my application to CHC Singapore a year ago I also got a reply saying that they did not receive a full set of documents such as a police certificate from Australia and some photographs.

If that is not the case, ask him to make a copy of the DHL airway tracking bill and send it in to them to show that they were sent.

CHC SINGAPORE is is telling that they didnt get my friend's full docs
but DHL traking says it was reached there 2 days before terminating his 120 days

Just provide them 2 things:
1. The DHL Tracking No.
2. Copy & Paste the line where it says that the docs were received by Ms. Dorothy.

Yes, send them an email, with the foregoing.

If you have access to a scanner, send them an e-mail first, but also send them a hard copy by regular mail too - do not send the original though! if it gets lost there goes your only proof.

Just an email would be fine.
Contrary to public opinion, they don't lose any of our emails. And all such emails do reach them.
