To change dependent spouse in “Accompanied” status to “Unaccompanied” for PNP and PR

Hello,

I applied for my PR through OINP in September, 2024.
I am awaiting PNP. I was married to my partner and so, under family information, I had updated it as “accompanying”. However, now that we have part ways, I am not sure how to remove or change that as the profile is already under ‘Assessment’.
Kindly let me know if this information can be changed after getting PNP. If yes, please guide me on how it works.

Yes you need to change them to unaccompanied. Send a webform explaining your situation and request change to non-accompanying. If/when you get divorced send in another webform with proof of divorce and request remove spouse from the application.
