Here's my stats:

No degree/trade; Bipolar; 10k education debt from America

How can I qualify to immigrate with a sponsor? Preferably with a work permit, which currently I am ineligible. GPA isn't good enough.

Luck with extended stay application -> common law -> PR card/status?

It's going to be pretty challenging without a trade or degree. To get a work permit you need to find an employer willing to offer you a full time job and that employer needs to prove they couldn't find a Canadian for the role. It's generally very difficult to find a job/employer. All the more difficult if you don't have a trade / specialized degree / specialized work experience. Canada does have immigration programs that don't require job offers - but your lack of a degree or trade pretty much disqualifies you for these.

If you are in a relationship with a Canadian, your best bet may be to get married and have that person sponsor you for PR (assuming your relationship is serious). I'm not sure anything else is going to be doable.

To add to Scylla's reply: if you are >30, you might be eligible for an IEC visa?

What do you mean by "immigrate with a sponsor"? Are you in a common-law relationship/married to a CDN citizen?
