Hey Asviad, i have been following your post and for sure you,ve got some great input to the forum and others too. I have a question. My employer is willing to apply for me an lmia but l have been working for them for over a year fulltime? The tricky question is about advertisement it has to be valid between 3 months? My employer is in a dilemma write now and same with me i dnt know how to go about. I sure need an lmia i have 363 points my pgwp expires in a couple of months my noc is 3012. Your input will be greatly appreaciated! Thanks swabra
