to apply or not - pgwp

Hello,

Can I apply for pgwp now as my study permit is expiring on 31st of march? Once applied for pgwp, can i work? Also As per R222(1)(a), your status in Canada is valid until the expiry date listed on your document or 90 days after the day on which the permit holder completes their studies, whichever comes first. I believe my status has expired as I finished my studies on 30th of Sept. Kindly advise if I am eligible to apply for pgwp and also if I can work whilst waiting for decision?

Why wait so long? What is your plan if you dont apply? You should apply and see what happens, if they enforce the 90 day thing you will be rejected or you might get lucky. Work again depends on validy of sp but they cant really do much to you if you start working.
