My friend applied to sponsorship for him wife from Ontario. But him wife will land to Quebec without Certificate Selection du Quebec. She will not establish to Quebec, after Montréal she will pass to Toronto.
Is it problem?

She can land in Quebec only and only if she has a ticket confirmation for Toronto otherwise NO.
