To accept ITA or collect documents and then apply

I recieved my ITA on 19-April-2017.
I have not accepted the invitation yet (11-May-2017), since i am collecting all the documents (found in the forums).

I want to know
1. Should i accept the invitation and then apply with the checklist
or
2. Prepare the documents, and then accept the invite.

I am worried on what happens if i am not able to collect all documents before the end of 90 days after accepting the invite.
Will i be eligible for the next Draws after that?

What can possibly take more than 3 months to get? I assume you already have your IELTS and WES sorted.

You accept the invitation by submitting the e-APR and uploading all documents. So decline if you cannot get everything sorted in 90 days (You decline on the 89th day even). You can enter the pool again and be selected if you have enough CRS points.

Hi I also have the same timeline as you..got ITA on 19th April and collecting documents..i dont think you should decline the invitation yet...you have time...you can decline it if you really run out of time. You dont think whatever is pending will come by then?
