TIPS on french courses to pass the TCF

So here are my options and I'm based in Ottawa

1. I wanted to use Italki which is cheaper at around 30 per hr and is private tutoring
2. Second the ACF offers classes from 55.65 an hour and they go from 20hrs to 50hrs starting

I wanna get to B2 by August to pass the TCF so which options are more helpful or useful? I'm at B1.4
