TIPS for First-timer: Inland Spousal Sponsorship Process

I would like to request any tips/advice on having a smooth application process.

Is there any other information to take note of, otherwise than that stated on the website to help application our move faster?

Here's one:

Submit an OUTLAND application.

Unless you really need to work in Canada ASAP, I strongly suggest you at least consider an Outland application.


Inland is a painfully slow process (over 2 years!) and the vast majority of those that applied Inland have probably regretted doing so.
Many Outland applicants enjoy processing times that are more humane...some as fast as 4 months, but it depends on which country you are from, obviously.


You CAN submit an Outland application even from within Canada.
