Hi All,
My parents plan to visit me during the summer months for a 4-5 month period.
I was initially planning to put together a SuperVisa application but we are getting overwhelmed with the paperwork (Family - Sibling DOB, Decease date etc). Hence, thinking of going in for a Temporary Resident Visitor Visa for them instead which I understand requires lot less paperwork
My gut feeling is that the TRV will get approved faster as compared to a Super Visa application. Is that correct?
Are the possibilities of denial more in one compared to the other?
I understand the fee for the 2 visas is the same.
Could there be any other thing to consider if we go with the TRV? I plan to get them medical insurance from here anyways.
Thanks!
