timeline for pnp newdelhi says 10 months
i submitted my application to cio nova scotia
does this 10 months clock start after the visa application is at chc new delhi?
or after one gets AOR

Processing time is from the date when they received your application.

I have received responses stating that processing time is respective visa office processing time in this case NewDelhi VO
are you sure that processing time clock starts from application recieved

any comments from any seniors/experienced wud be helpful
