I sent my application to sponsor my husband to Mississauga on Aug. 31. I'm Canadian and my husband is Japanese. we live in Japan, but are planning to move to Canada in the spring when my contract ends.
I was wonder do people normally receive some sort of notification of the application being received? as I said we sent on Aug. 31 by EMS. tracked shows it was delivered. But neither of us have had any confirmation e-mail or letter? does it take a long time? should I be worried? I tried to login to the on line using my receipt number but it wouldn't let me.
