Good Afternoon,

Just wanted to provide any helpful information if I could. I know while going through the process I had so many questions yet no where could I find the appropriate information, therefore hopefully this will help others. Here is the timeline and details in the visa application process from Belize.

June 14 @ 4:00 pm - I submitted all my documents via online application (which took several long days to compile).
June 15 @ 2:00 pm - Received a the passport request letter. (They still do not tell you, your application has been approved, only that a decision has been made and they need the original passport. I highly doubt they request the passport if they are going to deny the visa)
June 15 @ 3:00 pm - I sent off the passport with DHL in Belmopan. (Normally takes 3 days to get to Guatemala which is the designated consulate when anyone in Belize needs either a passport or visa. Also note it will cost around $165 BZD to send and receive.)
June 20 - The Visa Center officially received the passport. (According to the tracking records, which DHL provides you the # to continually track it online)
June 22 - I checked online to see if the status of the application had changed and it finally said approved!!! (We did not get a notification email)
June 23 - I received my passport back! (DHL gave me a call)

I am so excited that this whole process only took a little less than 10 days to be completed, even though the processing times quoted to me had been 15 days.

Feel free to ask questions, and I'll be glad to offer any information that may be helpful.
