I would like to know the timeline for receiving BIL after submitting you permanent residence application online. I was told it is sent within 24 hrs......but it's over 2 days since I submitted and I am yet to receive it.

BIL request will not come in 24 hours. I suppose you're referring to the AoR (Acknowledgement of Receipt). BIL request usually comes when your Medical is passed, which is few months after your eAPR submission. This varies depending on your current country of residence.
