I have not given IELTS exam yet.
If Im submitting PR form online, how much time it takes to open at Immigration center.
Only date available for IELTS is in Jan2015, and closing date for year 2015 is 31st May'15.
So, should i cont process or I shall apply for next year only?
What is the deadline on or before one should file up for timely submitting for current year 2014-2015.
