Timeline for FSW in New Delhi INDIA

I'm new to this and recently started looking into CA immigration.

I'm thinking of applying under FSW program- 4131 NOC code. What is the complete timeline (from the time to apply and get immigration visa) if I apply in New Delhi INDIA. I'm located in north India.

Also I heard some of the NOC categories are changing. Any one have information what categories will be removed?
