Timeline: Delays/Dakar Visa Office

Hi,
I submitted my spousal application on September 1, 2017, and received a letter on October 13, requesting the police certificate and the Annex A Form IMM5669, which I uploaded online on October 16. I have not heard anything since then.
1) Are there delays? What are the next steps?
2) What's the timeline for Dakar Visa Office in Senegal? When should I expect to complete the whole process?

Did you receive an email about sponsor approval?
If not, when you check ECAS using the sponsor's details, does it say "decision made" under the sponsor?

1) I have not received an email.

2) ECAS does not say "decision made" under the sponsor, either. It just says "Supporting Documents: Schedule A & Police Certificates, showing file names that were uploaded.

Hi,
I still haven’t received confirmation as a sponsor. I believe it may be related to my Court case for child support. The court order was issued on 31 January, which required I pay retroactive amounts. I paid everything yesterday.
Should I send the Court order and proof of payment to CIC?
What’s the best way to send this information? Is it possible through ECAS?
