Hi All,

Can any one help me understand what happens once we submit our Express entry - PR application ?

Am planning for a trip to India because I need to get my USA visa stamped, I wanna do this before I get to the landing stage, so tat I can come back to the USA.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the request for interview or visa stamping after submitting application?

I don't know if there is any other process, please shed some light if you know about it.

Thanks
Anu

It's an unpredictable waiting game after eAPR ( submission of your PR documents). Few applications are adjucated within a month while most wait 4 to 6 months. It depends on the complexity of your case, cic work load, etc.

Oh, okie. in tat case, can i re-enter USA without visa stamp in my passport ?, I have my visa documents with valid I94 in it. If I can, I will drop my travel plan to India.

My understanding is that you can't re-enter the US on a expired visa even if your I-94 says otherwise.
