Timeline After "IN PROCESS" in spouse visa

I have applied for spouse visa from Canada

we have submitted all fee and medical in advance (in Canada ).

Passport sent to Delhi Canadian embassy on 2 July

My ECAS has recently been changed to "IN PROCESS"

1. We received your application for permanent residence on may 28 , 2013.
2. We started processing your application on December 3, 2013.

Does anyone have prior experience or knowledge to share with me about how much longer it will take until decision made?

mine went to "decision made" today, and got its "in process" 10 days ago

so

dec 6 in process
dec 16 decision made

that being said i think each case is different..

Yup your right, in my case, im still stuck to in process for 3 weeks.
