Time taken by CPC Ottawa to stamp immigrant visa

Hi,
Can someone please suggest the time that CPC Ottawa will take to return passport after immigrant visa stamping. My passport reached Ottawa office on 8th August and still there are no updates.

Is there any way it can be tracked?
