Time taken by Canada Visa Centre for stamping PR

Hi,
I have submitted my passport for stamping at VFS office ,how much time do the authorities take to stamp visa and returning the passport

It took 15 days to get my passport back from Pretoria LVO. Btw, they don't stamp anything, they just attached an immigrant visa to one of the empty pages.
