Time running out on my ITA... HELP

Hi Guys,

Please I need your advice on another issue, my two kids the oldest four don't have passport yet. I have applied for their passport but have been made aware it can take anything up to six weeks and that wont leave me enough time to gather documents and do medical, as I need their passport number to submit my application before I can get the list of required document from me.

So my questing is should I submit the application anyway and say they don't have a passport yet? as there is an option for that or decline the ITA?

Just 2 options. Take your chances and submit the ITA - they will refuse your application as incomplete (and hopefully refund the fess or not). Or decline and wait for another ITA (if you have a 470+ score, that shouldn't be a long wait at all).

Thanks my CRS is 462, hopefully I should get another one before to lone if I decline it.
