i m studying in Manitoba as an international student........to apply for PR one must have 6 months of work experience or 980 hours(NOT sure).......so my off campus work permit time(20 HOURS A WEEK) can be used for the PR.......IF i apply for PR WITH THE SAME EMPLOYER........????

1. Six months should be on a valid PGWP, not OCWP. Once you graduate, you will have to apply for PGWP but you can work full time (implied status) with your OCWP.
