Time proccessing depending on your VO ?

Hi guys, i've been looking trough the other threads, i've seen that applications treated in VO like Accra, London or Jamaica are faster than others,

Can anyone confirm that information ? and for outlanders, our applications are processed in Canada of in Local VO ?

It is true some are faster, i would rather say a lot depends on the officer(s)
