Time normally CIC takes to notify about the FSWP cases???

How much time will CIC take to notify about my FSWP case? I have applied in Dec,2014 under NOC 1111.

I believe there is a spreadsheet held somewhere on this website where people are putting in their application information so people can get an understanding of how long the various stages are taking. Unfortunately I'm not sure where it's located.
