1. I filed my immigration application to CHC Islamabad on 22.11.2004 and received acknowledgement of RECIEPT OF APPLICATION FEE on 14.12.2004.
2. IELTS Score submitted to CHC Islamabad April 2008.
3. February 16th 2009 CHC requested for updated Documents and needful was done within the given time deadline.
4. April 28th 2009 CHC requested for further family updated Documents and needful again done within the given time deadline.
5. June 02nd 2009 Medicals were requested by CHC Islamabad and Medicals were completed on 11.06.2009 very well in time given by CHC.
6. June 21st 2009 further Medicals were requested by CHC and Medical was completed on 30.07.2009.
7. August 24th 2009 further Medicals were requested which was completed on 05.10.2009.
8. March 09th 2010 CHC requested for further family updated Documents and needful was done within the given timeline on 05.04.2010.
9. April 30th 2010 CHC requested for (RPRF) Right of permanent Resident Fees for Principal applicant and spouse and the passports of all dependents for issuance of Visa. The needful was done within the given timeline on 20.05.2010.
10. June 02nd 2010 I was contacted telephonically by CHC Islamabad informing that visas are ready and I was given the option with a landing time landing time of only 09 days that was before 11.06.2010.In response I requested the CHC to give me a reasonable time for landing but my request was neither accepeted nor responded .
11. June 17th 2010 2nd Medical was requested by CHC Islamabad for family of 05 Members and Medicals were again completed on 21-24.06.2010 very well with in the time limit given by CHC.
12. June 30th 2010 further Medicals were requested and completed on time.
13. September 21st 2010 further Medicals were requested and Medical was completed on time.
14. January 24th 2011 CHC requested for further family updated Documents for new born and needful done within the given time dead line on 04.03.2011.
15. On April 24th 2011, keeping in view the last year’s expiry of the medical results a reminder was given to CHC with a request to expedite the visa process and issuance of visa before the expiry of 2nd Medicals.
16. As a result on May 04th 2011, I and my dependents were once again asked by CHC Islamabad to undergo the 3rd Medical examination. The recorded reason for this 3rd Medical examination is been told that earlier results have been expired. As a matter of fact if the medical results are valid for 12 months and 2nd medicals results were likely to be expired on or after 26.06.2011.
I was of the opinion that CHC staff has been mistaken in determining the expiry dates of my previous medical results. I am sure that at the time of sending me the 3rd medical request my previous results were valid. Now this 3rd Medical examination request has made me really worried rather confused about the medical procedure at the CHC.I was not really clear that why I along with my dependents have been asked to undergo the medical examination again and again. As a result of these medical examinations I am wasting a lot of time and funds as well.
17. Undergone the medical examination in septemebr 2011 and finnaly i was issues visa in March with a landing date of 9/11/12.
18. Finnaly i landed on August 14 2012 and completed all the formalities like applieng PR CARD, SIN CRAD, HEALTH CARD, G1 LICENSE , CHILD TAX BENEFITS , BANK ACCOUNTS, CREDIT CARDS ETC. applieng for all these cards is a process of 45 days.
So dudes every one is free to judge and have their own opinion about the processing you can CHC - ISLAMABAD.
Lastly i will say CANADA IS LAND OF OPPORTUNITIES but only for hard workers and those having patience......
