Time line??

We sent our appl on nov 17 2009, and have not heard a thing yet, nothing on ecass either, should I worrie?? is this normal...

I'm assuming you are inland, from your other posts. I was able to call CIC yesterday and the rep said they were only opening apps at that point up until nov 13. So you won't see yours in e-CAS yet. If yours is nov 17, I assume you are real close, so keep checking. I posted an update about it on your last thread good luck!

Actually if you look at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship you will see that Vegreville is working on "in-Canada" spousal applications from July/31st

Yep--I was refering to the time when they are opening applications, not giving them first stage approval. I was just saying that the app cannot be viewed in e-CAS until it has been opened.
