Hi there, My application for PNP was approved on 9 August 2017; got the 600 points and applied for a PR under the express entry on Sep 1, 2017.
Medical was done beforehand while applying for the express entry; status showing Medical exam passed.
I have a huge travel history which I had submitted along with the express entry application; however, CIC asked it one more time via supplementary forms for travel IMM5562 on Oct 2, 2017. It is submitted within the time frame given. on Oct 5, 2017, got the letter from CIC asking for the PCC - the last date was Dec 5, 2017, to submit it.
PCC was sent on NOV6, 2017, by registered mail from the police HQ of my country; I believe it must have received by CIC before Dec 5, 2017; although I updated CIC well before Dec 5th, 2017 by sending the confirmation mail of PCC, sent by my country police HQ. ( no update is shown reg PCC under application status)
on Dec 18, 2017, I got the request to submit Schedule A/ Background Declaration and Schedule 4 Economic classes- Provincial Nominees ( IMM5669); submitted on Dec 20, 2017.
Below is the status showing now which was same before Dec18, 2017.; there is no change to any element of status after sending the last piece of information asked to submit.
1. Application Status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
2. Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
4. Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.
5. Interview : You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
6. Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
7. Background check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
8. Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made".
A 5th month has started now, and above status is not changing... anyone who had gone through the same situation appreciates if can share their own experience.
I and my employer in Canada both didn't receive any call until now.
don't know what's going on ..... time is ticking by having no update...
