Good day,
1-About the Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees category in educational assessment, I understand that the first should be 3 years or more but regarding the second ?

2-Can a 3 month college certificates be assessed as a second degree ? what is the minimum ?

3-Could you please suggest an online course (assuming online is counted ?)or diploma from a university in business or finance ? Canadian University ? British or Indian online ones ? to be affordable and fast please

4-I already did WES ECA for my bachelor ... how can I do it for the additional one ? Same as the bachelor separate or have to send both again at one time ?

you need a 1 yr course diploma or degree from reputed university. Still it does not confirm you will get 2 or more degrees.

You never know for sure till you get the credentials evaluated.

If both are recognized (as 1 yr or more) and one of them is given the Canadian equivalency of 3 years or more, then you can choose the option.

IF they feel it is equivalent to a diploma in Canada they will verify. This depends on your subjects and credits earned. They have their process to give equivalency and its not all who get same evaluation.

Even with 3 yrs bachelors they give bachelors 4 yrs and equivalency. so its all like that

IF you get an evaluation saying " bachelors (3 yrs) + 1 yr post graduate Diploma" than you can use the option

online certificate has less chances. IF you have Distance education from reputed University you still hold a chance.
I have completed 1 yr from Lovely Professional University and going for update of ECA. I will tell you what happens.

Degrees are assessed by the number of credits, which are determined by the time a person studies for this credits, therefore it is physically (at least for a normal human being) to get a degree within 3 month...
