Time interval for receiving PER from CIC

Hello I reapplied using New Delhi visa office in India some weeks back but I am yet to receive confirmation from them, Pls how long does it take to receive PER?

Your application must have been sent to Nova Scotia - correct ?

Assuming you applied in the Mid of July PER will not happen before December. CC/DD Charge however could happen in Late Nov to Early December.
