Time frame from receiving package and start processing...

Hi,

I would like to know the time frame between receiving the application process and starting of the application process. I am applying for family sponsorship to sponsor my wife who's living abroad...

I know that they'll contact me as soon as they start processing my case but It's been one month and a half that the CAS has received the application process but I have not heard from them yet.

It seems like it's taking roughly 2-3 months to receive AOR1.

Thanks for the reply. I feel re-assured. I tried to check the status online but I have no client or application number and anyway, if they have not start processing, they won't have the status online...

Sometimes people have accessed their Gkey or Ecas before they receive the AOR. We're are at about 1 and a half month too. But we try to access it online everyday, just in case it happens to show up before the AOR
