Time for reissuing new PPR (Request in change of passport delivery post)

Hello all,

Can someone help me with this question:

I had submitted for a change in the visa post(for submitting my passports for stamping post PPR) from ottawa to any available post/VFS centers in India (Since I am living here currently). How long does CIC usually take to respond to this request?
