Time for BIL issue?

Hello!

I've heard from most people that BIL gets issued within 24 hours of study permit application. I submitted my application yesterday, and haven't received my BIL yet. Should I be worried?

My sister got hers a day after and spouse got his 2 days after. No need to worry. May 23 is Victoria Day so all Visa Offices might be on vacation when you lodged your application.
