my e case is saying AR

My Complete Ecas is
AR we have recieved your application for permanant residence on xxxxxxxxxxxx
DM
we have recieved your application for permanent residence on XXXXXXXXXX
we have reviewed your application and sent you a letter onXXXXXXXXXXXX please consider delay in delivery mail before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. the office will contact you concerning this decision.

before Oct 2011 my status was AR and CIO review complete

and my address has also disappeared twice last it was disappeared on jan 2012 and does reappeared back till now.

i have not recieved any letters yet i also contacted my consultant they told that they have not recieved any communication

Last update i sent to embassy was my job change documents i sent these on oct 2011

As you know much time has spend after this e status and no letter has been received to you, there might be chances of missing your letter on TCS part. So you must have to write them back for query then you may know your actual status.
