I've stumbled across a few issues and have seen some competing answers across various forums, so voicing them here in case others have the same issues.
I found today what looks like a secondary UCI in my most recent PR application, starting with CANxxxxxxxxxxxx. I learned that this is an indicator that the application has not begun processing yet, even though on the IRCC website, it says they begin processing upon receipt. For context, I applied on April 25th, 2023. This adds some explanation as to why I cannot locate the application in the PR app tracker. Supposedly, this UCI changes back to your true, singular UCI (8 or 10 digits) once processing has TRULY begun.
