Hi,
I got admission into seneca into game art and animation for sept2012. i am filing my visa next week, can i show my brother in law who is in UK as my sponsor?
If so, what documents would i need from him?

And
Should i show the funds other than loan in my account or my dads account???

Hi,

Are you applying under SPP (I assume so..if it's your 1st time)? If so.. most important piece of document to prove your financial capability is the loan approval letter (it's COMPULSORY). Nothing else you need to submit, regarding proof of financial capacity at the time of applying for visa.

Under SPP, you MUST show: Copy of an Educational Loan from an Indian Chartered Bank equivalent to at least 80% of tuition +living + travel expenses (return airfare) for one academic year. Rest 20% you can have personal funding from any source/relative. Don't worry about that. Main thing is to get that loan from a recognized bank!
