TIES wid ur homeland!!!

Dear frnds i have been hanging around in this quiet helpful forum and came to knw about one common objection applied on most of the refused visa i.e
YOU DONT HAVE STRONG TIES WID UR COUNTRY which meanz tht u won't leave Canada after study is completed.

so What 2 do for this? hw to show our ties? one option in my opinion is tht f u r married than its a strong tie for which u'll come back what cn b others?

Hi

anything and everything that establishes to the visa officer that you have a reason to return back after completing studies is your ties.

Ties differs from person to person from and 18 yr old to a 45 yr old.

Basically for ties reason they collectively assess the applicant on the basis of current income, job status , family , travel history,

education background a house to return to .

guyz v do have family property in village but as per regulations its on my Father's name hw cn i show tht in my tie?

i do have a job of the same field in which i have studied and going to study in Canada. hw cn it b shown as tie?

Last Question, i have travelled legally to Afghanistan and stayed there for a collectively 2months and i still have its valid work visa on my passport, is it a Plus or negative point?

Good question.... i also need help in the regard from senior members...

wht i had done so far....

1) i signed an agreement with my employer that he is giving me 1 year leave on half pay. and upon my return i will serve him atleast 1 year on my current pay...failing to do so i will pay him double the amount he will pay me during my studies...
(plz tell me submitting such an agreement is a good idea or not... i joined that company in April ..... would it full fill the need of ties here ... )

2) My Parents,1 bro and 1 sis are here in Pakistan.. 1 bro in canada (who gonna support my studies ) and 1 bro in Germany....(wht it shows... does it also shows that i have strong ties here... ?)

one important thing to note here is that one should not say that my brother or sister is in Canada and they will finance a part or

complete funding of my studies,

cause then they will question the bonafide intent of student which can be tricky to overcome.

It's only good to mention that you have a brother / sister or relative in Canada and that's it nothing more than that.

( ie :- only if you have a brother or relative in Canada)

also you can show your previous passports if any in which you have traveled outside your country and then been back.

In your case the visa from Afghanistan will not make any problems as long as you left the country before the visa expiry.

It would be seen as positive.

I do not think there's any need to shift ownership of property of parents , you can attach those as supporting documents for funding or

as assets.

They also check whether your current course selection in Canada has job prospects back in your home country.

I have prepared documents for home ties as under:

1) Letter/ leave letter from my current employer.
2) family property documents (putwari written) and their translation attested from NOtry public
3) commercial Shop's documents (In my name) its certificate... its already in english so do i need to only attest it?
4) The home where im living (on my father's name) will its possession certifcate work?

if I am lagging in them or u have any other home tie to share wid me thn plz let me know...

u can simply take a photocopy of ur shop ownership doc to nottery public and put an attestation stamp and similarly u can attach ur fathers property ialong with an affidivit of sponsorship from him.

Showing of ur relative in canada is really a complex issue . Some ppl have got a huge benefit of it but in some cases there is straight away rejections. I have came across a lot of ppl who have got advantage of showing their relatives or siblings there.the best thing which u can do is dun know any financial support of ur siblings who is in canada and u can show a minor help from him in accomodation issiue. I think in this way u can add advantage to ur case.

the thing is that they see the intent to leave Canada after completion of study.

So it's not good to show accommodation ties as well .

Do not show any financial ties and accommodation ties

Also since your brother is sponsoring you , he would have to show 90% of total tuition + accommodation

for one year to satisfy the third party criteria.

also you mentioned earlier that you had been to Canada before as well , so then it means that you would

be good with ties hopefully.

hello well nups i havent been to canada before it may have been someone else. and well lets hope i get a positive responce coz i have already submitted my 1st year tuition fee and my bank balance covers my living expenses for 2 years .
