I'm preparing my documents for submitting my student visa application, and since I don't have any travel history outside of my country, I need to rely on my ties to home country to get my visa application approved. I have a couple of questions I hope you can help me clear:

  • I don't possess any properities (lands, houses) nor belongings, but my parents have some properities (like houses) that they are planning to inherit me in the future, so I'm wondering if an affidavit or any document from them telling they will inherit me those properities could be enough to cover the home country ties aspect and therefore increase my chances of visa approval, or should I look for a properity/belonging under my name?
  • My father is willing to put an old car under my name (an old van from 90's) as a way to help me strengthen my ties to home country, but i'm not sure if getting an old car from my parents soon before my application to a visa would be suspicious or risky for an officer. Also, I don't have a drivers license, so I don't know if I would be required to attach a license in case I declare a car under my name.
Currently I have a full time job in my country, I have a good amount of savings so proof of funds would not be a problem (i'm able to cover my first year + living expenses by myself, and my parents are able to cover the 2nd year), and I've just received a LOA from a DLI for a graduate certificate program beginning in May 2024; and I want to reinforce the home country ties so I can minimize the chances of rejection.

I would love to get feed back from you guys, I hope you can help me to get through this bcuz I'm starting to get stressed

Thanks in advance
