Me & my spouse are canadian PRs, living in canada, now applying for visitor VISA for my parents from India. Following is my parents situation

1) Both of them dont work (dad used to but retired back in 2015)
2) We have 2 apartments in India (One registered under my Mothers name, second is joint ownership of my Mother & my younger brother who lives in India)
3) My father receives pension in India. But has no properties in his name. He has some investments in Mutual funds.
4) My father & Mother have 2 more children who stay in India

I think its fairly easy to show ties for my mother in india with property. How can i do that for my father?

Since they are married his ties are often viewed as their ties. Wouldn’t worry about it too much. If your father has to return to India to receive his pension I would highlight that point. If they have travelled internationally to countries like US, UK, Australia, etc. in the last 5-10 years and returned home without overstaying that also helps their application. Your parents likely have more ties than many other people.
