Hello,
Here’s my profile :
B.Sc. Civil engineering with GPA 3.22/4.00 (graduating january 2021)
IELTS Overall band 7.5
I am a syrian national studying in jordan and i have been living my whole life in KSA , my family resides there and I’m gonna go back there after my studies. I’m applying to UBC and UAlberta MEng structural engineering program. The problem is that i have applied for bachelor’s in canada back in 2016 but my visa got refused twice for not showing enough ties to home country or country of residence as i tried to show ties to KSA. It is very difficult to prove ties if you’re an expat in the GCC so I’m thinking that it is better to show ties to Syria this time as my parents own lots of property there but the problem is that I haven’t visited Syria since 2010 due to the war situation and that could be an issue.
can anyone give me advice on how to show ties to improve my chances to get the visa?
Thank you
