has anyone been disqualified after submitting their ITA to SINP OID due to having in- law ties residing in province other than Saskatchewan ? Will this affect my nomination if we are fully committed to living in Saskatchewan, especially since I am the primary applicant and the connection is only through my spouse’s side?
Any thoughts !

Did you get points for in-laws residing in province? If so you will lose those points. During the process, your in-laws will be asked for proof of residency in Sask over the past year. Doesn’t matter that you want to live there.

No .. coz in-law is living in Calgary .. my worry is that Saskatchewan will doubt my intention to reside in Saskatchewan coz of in law who is living in different provinces

No issue if you didn’t count points. Congrats on receiving nomination.
