That is irrelevant since it is for USA and is unofficial. Until you get an official report from WES specifically made for FSW purpose, no way of telling how many points you will get. If the report says that your degree is equivalent to a Canadian bachelor's degree then you will get 21 points. Also, make sure that is evaluated as a DEGREE and NOT a STUDY. If it says undergraduate STUDY, then no points at all.
