Three Year Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering

Hi,

I am completed Three Year Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering (Board of Technical Education, Bangalore India) after 10th. When I calculated point with Consultancy they said it may get 15 point with WES and if I do with ICES or IQAS it may get 19 point they said. Any body having advice or which is the actual point?
