With regard to opening of Canada Immigration I am delighted that my occupation falls into the category. However I am having few doubts.

1. Weather I have to access my qualification from Canada before submitting my application. If yes weather I have to access my only higher education or all as I have two Bachelors and one Masters respectively.

2. Weather I have to give IELTS before submitting my application.

3. Which Canada institution is best to access my qualification?

Regarding getting your education assessed, see here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp (Click on Designated organizations for Educational Credential Assessments towards the bottom of the page.)

You can only get points for the qualifications you assess. I personally would do all.

If you have the time read this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

If you choose English as your principal language and you are outside Canada, I think IELTS is the only option. (If you are very good in French, you can do the TEF and claim French as your principal language if that helps.)

I'm sorry have no pointers on which institution is the best to assess your qualifications.
