Well count me as one who has found this forum tremendously useful and completely invaluable. I cannot express how grateful I am for the volunteers spending their free time on here answering questions. (and the same questions often) You guys are saints, especially after the dramaz.

I just picked up the S/O from the airport, and he was armed and ready with all supplementary documents he could possibly need as he was re-entering Canada without me. They didn't check anything and gave him 180 days instead of the 90 he had requested.

:) Couldnt have asked for better news.

The immigration consultant paid our/my RPRF fee yesterday, and submitted his criminal record check, the newly signed common-law questionnaire, and the proof of medical. Hopefully this ball gets rolling again, and I'll have an update sooner than later. :)

The consultant did find it odd that the SOs medical only covered Syphilis, and HIV and no other blood tests? Brits does this sound like your experience? They did do chest x-rays to test for TB.

Yeah that's about right, my wife and step son did theirs in Manchester and same thing, did X rays, tested for 2 to 3 diseases , did weight etc, standard protocol. Said if didn't hear back by weekend then everything was good, that was Feb. 19 :) I'd say we are in the clear.

That's reassuring :)

And awesome that you're in the clear. He was told his results would be about a week and would be sent directly. Medical was done in Cardiff.

Unless you are absolute dying you should be fine no issues. Doctors just gave my family the medical bar code sheets to submit to cic and said results would be posted for them to view shortly after. I'm a March 6 applicant so mine hasn't even been looked at yet anyway :)

Hi, could the spreadsheet please be updated, our application was recieved on 24th March. Thanks!

Thanks Andrew! Saw your post earlier about you being in Calgary, that's where I'm from! :)

Hi, this is our first post. My wife is currently living in London, England, and hopes to join me in NB. I registered with this site some time ago, but it has taken awhile to understand what the abbreviations are all about. I would like you to add us to the timeline spread sheet for Outland LONDON, UK applications if possible. The application was received by CIC Mississauga on May 7, 2014, and Sponsorship was approved on June 30, 2014. They have acknowledged receipt of the application, and medical, but we are still waiting for an "In Process" on eCAS. Your site has provided much needed reassurance for which we are very appreciative. Thanks.

I have added your details to the spreadsheet. Please let me know if I missed anything, if you have had any requests for additional info.

Hopefully you will hear something soon!
