Please advise I emailed them and they said they don't provide TRF number with their online result so any thoughts please since I am trying to create a profile before June when scores might go up

If you need to find your TRF number, but haven't received your TRF card yet, you can get the number from this.

Has your results been declared?
If yes, then you can view your results with trf number right now.

You can go and collect the TRF at the center on the same day of results if the test center is near your residence instead of having them mail you. Or you could find the TRF number on the link posted above. It's a common link for everyone, so all would have same template for online results.
