So, I live and work in Canada, have done since August 2013, applied 2014 for PR, CIC returned my app as they had hit their quota. Applied again
was selected under EE for CEC and given 885 points

Good to connect, my Temp Foreign Workers Visa started 3rd August 2015 and expires 2nd August 2015! Cant apply for BWOP until I get my 2nd AOR which is ??????????

Han... I think there's a typo on your dates, not sure when you got it and when it expires

I applied for BOWP with the first letter, my visa expires on aug 2015

Are you applying from inside or outside Canada? I cant get access to MyCIC either as I went through a company, cant access ECAS as my app has not been processed so im told????

Our situation is almost the same, not sure why your status is taking longer to update...

Have you tried to access ecas with application identifier that comes on AOR?

On my first AOR I have an E00000 number that I used but it says that either something is incorrect or its not started?

My guess is that something did not start.... Have you done your medical exams way before submission or really close? That might be the reason like not receiving the exams or they are not ready yet

It also took me a couple days after AOR to be able to access ecas, same error message as yours

I had my medicals done a few weeks prior to my application going in? I really don't know what the problem is here? I contacted CIC on Tuesday this week and they are not very helpful with the information they give you, they read a set script that's it?

Probably... As far as I know call centre is not reliable.... You might have to wait more
But I'd apply for BOWP, you got nothing to loose if it gets rejected and a lot to gain if its approved

Yer that's true for sure, there seems to be a lot of people on this forum saying that they submitted their app on the Monday say and by the following week they had all their boxes ticked off up to background check? Something is really wrong if that's true, but they never say if they applied inside or outside Canada?
Im going to contact my Doc tomorrow to see if they have submitted the forms online or not as im have a feeling that may be the issue.
Did you use a company to submit your profile and paper work ?

Yes I did my company paid for a lawyer.

Hey guys,

My medicals were passed within days after applying and got my background check turned to in progress with in couple of days as well. Ever since nothing has changed.

My timeline is in my signature and yes i applied from within canada.
