did you call them and asked what might have caused the delay? did they advise you to re-submit an application?

curious as well. Is it possible that their application get returned or they simply forgot to come back here? Because I think they are processing the ones from mid-October.

not according to the agent that i spoke to two days ago. they were still working on the applications that were received around sept. 25. the agent did mention that there might be some variation in terms of processing times as they had recently received a huge amount of applications.
