If you're applying outland (from a country outside of Canada) you need to send everything (forms and supporting documents) all at once in one package to the Case Processing centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

They divide the kit in three parts to help you classify which documents relate only to you (the sponsor) and which documents are for the applicant (the person being sponsored), the region-specific guide contains information for additional documentation required from the applicant.
