Hi Y'alll! So I am in a sticky situation and need your help. I was employed by a third party employer as a full time employee and I was specifically employed to provide services at one of its clients (lets call it company A) as an HRM Consultant back in 2011. I managed to get a reference letter with all the details like my job role and number of hours etc. But now after reading some threads on different forums about third party employment I am getting the impression that I might have to submit a reference letter from Company A as well???
How true is this? Because if this is true Company A would never issue an experience letter unless I was on their payroll. In that situation what are the other alternatives I have to avoid getting my application rejected by IRCC?
Really hoping to get some useful advise! TIA
